Acquest Development spent 16 months working with Uniland Development to convert the former Thaddeus J. Dulski Federal Building into a state-of-the-art Mixed-Use facility. This 400,000 square foot building will consist of Class A Office space, Luxury residential Condominiums and an Embassy Suites Hotel.  Located at Two Hundred Delaware Avenue, Avant covers an entire city block between Elmwood Avenue and Delaware Avenue at West Huron. With completion expected in Summer 2009, Avant will become Buffalo's premier destination.
