Two Hundred Delaware Avenue:

Acquest Development has teamed up with Uniland Development to convert the former Thaddeus J. Dulski Federal Building into a state-of-the-art Mixed-Use facility. This 400,000 square foot building will consist of Class A Office space, Luxury residential Condominiums and an Embassy Suites Hotel.  Two Hundred Delaware covers an entire city block between Elmwood Avenue and Delaware Avenue at West Huron. With completion expected in Spring 2009, Two Hundred Delaware will be Downtown Buffalo's premier destination.
