The Niagara Center project was designed to provide class "A" office space within Buffalo's central business district.

Completed in early 2005, the Niagara Center project is a giant leap forward for the community. By replacing surface parking lots, abandoned and dilapidated industrial buildings with an attractive class "A" facility, Acquest has taken a blighted area and made it a showcase for the city.
