Located on The Foothills Campus of Colorado State University, the design efficiently integrates the agency's office, research and technology transfer function into a single facility. The building serves as the principle administrative and laboratory facility for the National Wildlife Research Center in Colorado and eight regionally based wildlife research field stations.
Fifty chemical, biological, and radiological laboratories account for 32,000 square feet of the building's total area.
