Acquest purchased Lexington Commerce Center, the former Kodak worldwide distribution center.  Located in Rochester, New York, the building is one of the most ideal warehouse and distribution facilities in the country.  Developed as a world class distribution center, the building offers superior regional and international access.  The property is approximately 5 miles from the Greater Rochester International Airport, and 12 miles from Interstate 90, the New York State Thruway.

Project/Property Management:

Since Acquest acquired the property, Acquest has designed, built out and managed over 1,600,000 square feet of improvements.  Acquest maintains a staff of about 10 on-site personnel to manage all tenant and building issues.  Staff includes property managers, electricians, carpenters, HVAC technicians and related support.

Project Results:

Acquest is currently in the process of revitalizing the center with an extensive improvement and enhancement plan to maintain the quality the center has enjoyed for so many years.  Acquest has added new tenants at an unprecedented rate and have put forth a great deal of resources into enhancing the appearance of the buildings and the surrounding areas within the center.
