Description of Project:

A Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is located on an 8.50 acre site in Northwest Las Vegas.  The project consists of a 32,700 s.f. building with a total of 363 parking spaces (including 14 ADA) with employee parking being separated from the patient and public parking areas.
