The Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is located on a 4.7 acre site in Tomball, Texas just northwest of the metropolitan area of Houston.  The project consists of a 38,500 s.f. building with a total of 200 parking spaces.
